Ngangki Parri Cultural Tour

Join our Ngarrindjeri-Kaurna facilitator for a guided walking tour along the Ngangki Parri (Onkaparinga River).

Explore the deep cultural connection between Kaurna people and this waterway through traditional plant use, food sourcing, hunting practices and cultural landscape management.

Through storytelling on Country, learn about ancient scar trees, disturbed burial sites and the lasting impact of colonisation on significant areas.

Nakurami Kondoli Whale Lookout to The Bluff Cultural Hike

Join our Ngarrindjeri-Kaurna facilitator for a guided hike from Kings Beach to The Bluff and return following the Victor Harbor Heritage Trail. The experience begins with a Smoking Ceremony to cleanse the space, before setting out along the trail where your guide will share stories of our ancestral beings, Ngurunderi and Kondoli.

Along the journey, you’ll also get the opportunity to learn about native plants, colonial history, seasonal movements, and resource management practices. This walk offers an opportunity to explore the layered history of the region, whilst deepening your understanding of the ongoing connection that Ngarrindjeri maintain with Country today.
